A: When you rent from Marshall Sensory Events, you receive a comprehensive package designed to make your event both engaging and memorable. Each rental includes a fully equipped sensory table that features a variety items. Additionally, every rental package comes with a delivery, set up, pick up, and friendly customer service support. Our sensory tables are cleaned and sanitized before each rental to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for your guests.

A: At Marshall Sensory Events, delivery is scheduled 1-3 days in advance of your event. This timeframe ensures our team has adequate time to prepare, deliver, and set up the equipment to our high standards of quality and service. This also ensures the customer gets ample time to use the sensory tables. Marshall Sensory Events will email you the week before your event to let you know what day your delivery will be. The delivery driver will also give you a call 1-2 hours in advance of your delivery to let you know we are on our way. If there are specific delivery requests or requirements, please discuss those at time of booking.

A: At Marshall Sensory Events, pick up is scheduled 1-3 days after your event. This timeframe ensures our customers gets ample time to use the sensory tables. Customer does not need to be present at pick up, as long as we have access to all of our equipment. If there are specific pick up requests or requirements, please discuss those at time of booking.

Customer is required to place a $50 per table nonrefundable deposit via phone at time of booking. Balance is collected cash or check at delivery. If customer chooses to pay their full balance via credit card, an additional 3.8% fee will be charged.

A: At Marshall Sensory Events, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a flexible cancellation policy for our customers. If you need to cancel your sensory table rental, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your event. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for the deposit placed at time of reservation. Deposits can be moved to a different date, pending availability. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients while managing our inventory and resources efficiently. A: We understand that accidents can happen, especially with children and during lively events. Please notify us immediately if equipment is damaged. Our team will assess the damages and determine the appropriate course of action. If the equipment is no longer in working order, you may be liable for repair costs or replacement fees as outlined in our rental agreement. We will work with you to resolve these situations fairly.

A: When renting from Marshall Sensory Events, there are some tables that include materials that are yours to keep such as the slime and slime mix ins, play doh, water beads, and sand. This is an extra benefit as these materials can be used as party favors or an additional gift for the host/guest of honor. In addition, this ensures that rentals include new, fresh and clean slime, play doh, sand, and water beads.

All other materials are rented and expected to be picked up in the same condition as they were delivered.
